Return Policy

Return Window: You can conveniently return any unworn/unused item within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return will be processed as a credit coupon, which can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on

Credit Value: The credit value will be for the full amount of the products returned, excluding any shipping or COD charges.

Non-Returnable Items: While we accept most returns, there are a few exceptions:

  • Personalized items, such as charm bracelets, necklaces, and rings, cannot be returned as they are made specifically as per your requirements.
  • Sale items, offer items, and free items are not eligible for return unless the product is broken or defective.

Sealed Orders: We advise against accepting any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery. Such orders will not be accepted if returned.

Cash On Delivery (COD): For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

Return Process: Here's a step-by-step guide to the return process:

  1. Pack the returned items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  2. Connect with a UNR Accessories executive to inform us about your return.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided.
  4. Share the tracking details with our executive. If we don't receive the package, we may request Proof of Delivery (POD).




Quality Check: Once we receive your return, a quality check will be performed to ensure the item is unused and returned within the specified 15 days.

Return Processing Time: Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
